What we inspect at the warehouse
We check the item type and coating color (gold, nickel, bronze) against the order.
We inspect the hardware for obvious scratches and coating chips on a random sample.
We count the bags of small hardware and compare with the packing list.
We take close-up photos of several parts from the batch.
Upon request, we will crate the hardware boxes and apply barcodes.
What is not inspected
We do not count every rivet in a bulk package and do not test carabiners for tensile strength.
