Privacy policy

Introduction
This policy describes data that a visitor voluntarily sends through the Cargo-W69 public form or a direct enquiry. The operator and contractual counterparty are identified in the invoice or agreement for a confirmed enquiry. It applies to the public site form and does not replace legal advice under the visitor’s local law.
1. Data collection
We process only information needed to answer and check an enquiry: name, chosen contact method, goods description, destination country and city, shipment parameters, attachments and message content. Do not send passport details, payment details or other information not needed for a quote in free-text fields.
2. Purposes and basis
Data is used to answer an enquiry, check goods and route, prepare an individual quote, prepare and perform an agreement, provide support and consider claims. The checkbox on the public form concerns enquiry processing; it is not consent to advertising messages or advertising analytics. Consent can be withdrawn at info@cargo-w69.com.
3. Access, sharing and cross-border processing
Only authorised employees of the Chinese company may access enquiry data, and only to the extent needed for their operation. Carriers, warehouse operators, brokers and other providers receive only information needed for a confirmed service. The operator and some providers may be outside the visitor’s country, including China, so processing may be cross-border.
4. Retention
An enquiry and quote are retained for no more than 180 days after the last substantive contact. Attachments are deleted earlier as soon as they are no longer needed to check or fulfil the enquiry. Anti-spam and technical records are retained for no more than 30 days unless applicable law requires longer retention.
5. Security and user rights
We apply reasonable security measures. You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent at info@cargo-w69.com. The service is not intended for unsupervised submissions by minors.
