We pay for the selected items in yuan without a purchasing commission. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we compare the number of bags or blocks, their appearance and included items with your order and take photos. Quote on request.

Sourcing tips
Dry building mixes and cement are very heavy. Ask the seller for pallet dimensions to calculate shipping costs.
Ask the factory to wrap the bags tightly with stretch film so they do not spill during transport to our warehouse.
Warehouse Inspection in Guangzhou for Building & Finishing Materials
What we inspect at the warehouse

- •Integrity of craft bags and absence of spillage
- •Absence of severe creases and chips on panels
What is not inspected
We do not check the setting time of mixtures, exact geometry of panels, or the quality of the adhesive layer.
