What we inspect at the warehouse
- •We match the color and shape of the covers against the order form.
- •We inspect the storage bags for obvious cuts.
- •We check for poles, pegs, and guy lines in the set (if visible).
- •We see if sharp frame elements protrude from the packaging.
- •Upon request, we crate boxes containing heavy frame elements.
What is not inspected
We do not set up canopies at the warehouse, nor do we check fabric waterproofness or zipper quality.
