What we inspect at the warehouse

- •We check for the remote control, hoses, and mounting hardware in the box.
- •We assess the condition of plastic covers and seats after local delivery.
- •We photograph the factory labeling on the package to verify the item number.
What is not inspected
We will not connect the toilet to water or check the bidet nozzles.
