We buy the items without commission and pay in yuan. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we compare quantity, appearance and contents with your order and photograph the unit or plate packs. We do not test equipment operation. Crating is available if desired. Packed weight and dimensions are needed for a quote on request.

Sourcing tips
When buying replacement plates on Ehsy, ask the seller to confirm the exchanger model, plate material and gasket shape.
For a unit, request a connection drawing and contents list: separate fixings and gaskets may not be included in your chosen set.
Warehouse Inspection in Guangzhou for Heat exchangers
What we inspect at the warehouse

- •We count the number of gaskets or plates in the packaging.
- •We photograph any external damage to the box.
What is not inspected
We do not measure pressure tightness or plate thickness.
