The main protection against glass breakage is a rigid wooden crate, which we can build at our warehouse. We will provide packaging costs in the quote.
What gas type are Chinese stoves set for?
The gas type (mains NG or cylinder LPG) is indicated on the rating plate. Check with your installer if the hob suits your network.
Do you test the touch buttons of the induction hob?
No, we do not connect the hob to power. We only check the integrity of the glass, cable, and supplied accessories.
How are heavy cast iron grids transported?
At the warehouse, we look for the grids and visible cracks. Agree packing the grids separately from glass with the seller; we can crate the box on request.
