JD's personal care and cleaning section has household chemicals. Before buying, choose the store and check what is sold: ready-to-use cleaner, concentrate or refill packs. We pay for your selected order in CNY without a purchase commission. In Guangzhou, we compare cleaning product quantity, appearance and contents with your order and photograph the packaging. You may request crating for bottles. Include composition, container volume and any aerosols in your inquiry. Quote upon request.

What we inspect at the warehouse
- •Absence of gel and liquid leak marks on the boxes.
- •Integrity of plastic caps and bottle dispensers.
- •Preservation of washing powder packaging (no tears).
- •Matching labelled bottle volume (in ml or liters) with the order.
- •Appearance of cardboard boxes before shipment.
What is not inspected
We do not open bottles to check the scent or test cleaning properties.
