Buying engraving machines directly from factories on Made-in-China requires a precise list of included items. We will buy your equipment without commission and pay the seller in yuan. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we will compare quantity, appearance and included items with the order and send photos, including any ordered chillers. Wooden crating for fragile parts is available on request. Quote on request.

Confirm whether the chiller and extraction unit are included or ordered separately. We do not perform a test run of the machine.

What we inspect at the warehouse
- •We check the laser power on the nameplate against the request.
- •We inspect the glass laser tube for integrity.
- •We verify the visual condition of the guides and mirrors.
- •We photograph the chiller and exhaust fan set.
- •Upon request, we make a wooden crate for the fragile tube.
What is not inspected
We will not connect the chiller, run a test cut, or align the mirrors.
