Request the Texindex supplier's packing layout for protruding units and confirm which machine parts are dispatched separately.
Before buying, agree voltage, number of phases, availability of instructions and the machine's compressed air requirements.
Obtain a packing list with weight and dimensions per package: machine weight alone excludes crates and separate units.

What we inspect at the warehouse
- •We match the machine nameplate with the ordered model and configuration.
- •We inspect the working surfaces of shafts and tables for scratches.
- •We check the presence of knives if they are specified in the order.
- •We photograph button panels and control displays.
- •Upon request, we will pack fragile mechanisms in a rigid crate.
What is not inspected
We do not plug flockers into the power grid, do not test machines on leather samples, and do not check the sharpness of knives.
