Sourcing tips
Specify sheet thickness and dimensions, the number of packs and their weight: material density alone does not determine the delivery quote.
Ask the supplier for secure strapping of the packs with tape so that sheets of plywood or veneer do not scatter.
Warehouse Inspection in Guangzhou for Lumber, Furniture Boards and Veneer
What we inspect at the warehouse
- •We verify the wood species and grade against the order using visible tags.
- •We inspect the outer edges of plywood and boards for chips.
- •We check the integrity of the strapping and protective film on the pallets.
- •We photograph the ends of the boards and the overall packaging of the batch.
What is not inspected
We do not measure the wood moisture with a meter or sort through the sheets in the pallet.
