What we inspect at the warehouse

- •We look for cracks or chips in pressed powders and eyeshadows through transparent packaging.
- •We verify the integrity of factory shrink wrap and tamper-evident seals on boxes.
- •We inspect tubes and pump bottles for leak marks.
What is not inspected
We do not test chemical formulas, skin allergies, durability, or brand authenticity, and we cannot inspect the contents of sealed palettes.
