Frequently Asked Questions

How can the shipping volume of “Mattresses” be checked before purchase?
Ask the supplier how “Mattresses” is packed for shipment and whether its volume can be reduced before dispatch. The quote requires packed package dimensions; we do not promise volume reduction at our warehouse.
How is the shipping for rolled mattresses calculated?
Usually, mattresses are considered bulky freight. Delivery will be calculated by volumetric weight.
What if the mattress arrives in the wrong size?
We check the size on the label against the order at the warehouse in China. If it does not match, we will send a photo of the label so you can contact the seller.
Do you transport mattresses in trucks?
Send the weight and dimensions of the mattress boxes from the seller. We will specify the transport and route in the quote.
