Hongbulin (Plum) sells second-hand branded items, including heels, ballet flats and sandals. Before purchase, review sole and heel photos, condition notes and the size of the selected pair. We buy it without commission and pay the seller in yuan. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we compare quantity, appearance and included items with the order and photograph the shoes; we do not check their authenticity. If requested, we label the shoe box with a barcode from the client's file. Quote on request.

What we inspect at the warehouse

- •Attachment of buckles and straps on sandals.
- •Absence of obvious glue stains where the sole meets the upper.
- •General appearance of leather or fabric for scuffs.
What is not inspected
We do not measure insole length in centimeters or try the shoes on a last.
