What we inspect at the warehouse

- •We match wireless protocol markings (Zigbee, Matter, BLE) on factory labels against your order
- •We count sensors, mounting clips, double-sided tape, and cables in opened packages
- •We photograph the exterior of smart scales, glass panels, and automation hubs
What is not inspected
We do not disassemble the item, break factory seals, or test power-up, scale accuracy, radio signals, apps, or cloud routines.
