What we inspect at the warehouse

- •Examine the visible panel glass and housing edges for noticeable cracks or chips.
- •Match visible factory markings against the order: model, screen size, and power specifications.
- •Verify the accessible accessories: presence of the stand, remote control, cables, and fasteners.
What is not inspected
We do not dismantle the item, break factory seals, power up the Smart TV, or test for dead pixels, tuner functionality, firmware, and mains compatibility.
