What we inspect at the warehouse

- •Box contents — compared to the order to ensure cases, adapters, and spare parts are present.
- •Specification stickers on the packaging — photographed to confirm the exact model.
What is not inspected
We do not dismantle the item or break factory seals: we do not turn on the glasses, charge them, or test eye tracking and smartphone compatibility.
