Gome is a Chinese consumer electronics platform with sellers of different brands. For a laptop or all-in-one, save the store listing and exact configuration, including accessories. We pay the chosen seller in yuan and make the purchase without commission. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we receive the computers, compare quantity, appearance and contents with the order, and photograph the boxes. We do not test Gome laptops or all-in-ones. Quote upon request.

For an all-in-one, confirm whether a keyboard and mouse are included; list those items alongside the model in your order.

We will not load the operating system, run benchmarks, or test the keyboard.
