JD's computer section includes laptops, all-in-ones and desktops from different brands. Save the store name, configuration and accessory list: the seller may be JD itself or a third-party store. We buy your chosen equipment without commission and pay the seller in yuan. At our Guangzhou warehouse, we match device counts, appearance and contents with the order and photograph the boxes. We do not verify authenticity or test the computers. Quote upon request.

Check who is listed as the seller on JD; a delivery service name does not replace the name of the store taking the order.
For a laptop, request battery details; for an all-in-one, request the peripheral list and send these with your model list.
If you need crating for the computer boxes, note it in your inquiry and attach the factory package dimensions.
