What we inspect at the warehouse
We match the serial number and mold dimensions on the nameplate with the supplier's data.
We inspect the external surfaces of the plates for rust and chips.
We check for lifting eye bolts, if they are included in the design.
We photograph the mold from various angles along with the nameplate.
Upon request, we build reinforced wooden crating for heavy freight.
What is not inspected
We do not open molds at the warehouse, measure die roughness, or test cooling channels under pressure.
