Molds and Dies
Alibaba lists blow, injection and compression moulds as well as wire drawing dies. For tooling made to a drawing, agree on the drawing revision and parts list with the factory. We buy the selected mould without commission and pay the seller in yuan. In Guangzhou we compare quantity, appearance and included parts with the order and take photos. We do not test tooling operation. Quote upon request.

Sourcing tips
Before the mould is dispatched, ask the factory for trial products made with it and compare them with your drawing.
Confirm mould weight in the factory box and forklift lifting points; agree on how the tooling will be secured inside the packaging.

Warehouse Inspection in Guangzhou for Molds and Dies
What we inspect at the warehouse
- •We match the serial number and mold dimensions on the nameplate with the supplier's data.
- •We inspect the external surfaces of the plates for rust and chips.
- •We check for lifting eye bolts, if they are included in the design.
- •We photograph the mold from various angles along with the nameplate.
- •Upon request, we build reinforced wooden crating for heavy freight.
What is not inspected
We do not open molds at the warehouse, measure die roughness, or test cooling channels under pressure.
