Hisense's Chinese store lists front-loading, pulsator and dual-drum machines, as well as washer-dryers. For a dual-drum model, confirm the purpose of each drum. We pay the seller in yuan for the selected appliances without a purchasing commission. In Guangzhou, we compare quantity, appearance and machine contents with your order and photograph the batch. Crating is optional; request a delivery quote.

Sourcing tips
Ask the Hisense seller for each drum's load capacity and programs: two drums alone do not mean the machine has a drying function.
Confirm the chosen dual-drum model's factory carton dimensions and packed weight; ask the seller to leave transport fixings in place.

What we inspect at the warehouse

- •Capturing the factory rating plate indicating the load capacity
What is not inspected
We do not connect washing machines to the water supply and do not test drum spinning.
