The official Roborock store offers innovative washing machines for the Chinese market. Electronics shops order full-size models with delicate drying and compact mini-machines for baby clothes here. We will pay for your order in yuan without commission and receive it in Guangzhou. At the warehouse, we will verify the set, inspect the body for dents, and check for transit bolts. We will take photos and calculate shipping costs upon your request.
Our role in your shipment

Sourcing tips
Roborock appliances are made for the domestic market, so the washing machine menus and interface will be entirely in Chinese.
Washing machines are heavy and bulky. Ask the seller for the exact packaged dimensions so we can accurately calculate delivery.
We highly recommend ordering a rigid wooden crate. It will protect the glass hatch and metal body from dents during transit.
