Repacking / Packaging Upgrade
Replacing flimsy manufacturer cartons with reinforced multi-layer transport boxes before dispatch.
Term Definition
Repacking is vital when suppliers deliver merchandise in thin cardboard, torn plastic wrapping, or without interior shock absorption. At our China warehouse, items are transferred into heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated cartons, cushioned with protective padding, and sealed with heavy-duty tape. This protects products from crushing during truck transit.
Usage Example
«Plush toys were repacked from thin vendor sacks into rigid corrugated boxes prior to line-haul shipping.»
What we do
We repack goods into reinforced export cartons and construct wooden crating for delicate items.
