Introduction
This public offer sets out the terms on which Cargo-W69 organises delivery of goods from China.
1. Scope
Cargo-W69 organises delivery from the People’s Republic of China to the destination country when export, import and the selected route have been confirmed for the customer’s enquiry.
2. Acceptance
The offer is accepted when the customer pays an invoice for the services or signs an order agreement.
3. Service cost
The service cost is determined after checking the goods, weight, volume, route, documents and destination address. Each enquiry receives an individual quote, recorded in the invoice or agreement before payment. Any public “from” reference on a national page is a preliminary enquiry guide only; it is not a universal tariff or offer.
4. Payment
The payment method, amount and currency are recorded in the invoice or order agreement before payment. Any prepayment, deferred or staged payment applies only when separately agreed in writing.
5. Delivery conditions
The delivery method and timing depend on the goods, documents, destination address and carrier. Indicative terms are supplied after checking the enquiry and are not a guarantee until recorded in the agreement or invoice.
6. Responsibility
Cargo-W69 is responsible for the agreed service within the invoice, agreement and applicable law. We do not guarantee decisions of customs authorities, carrier delays outside agreed control, prohibited or inaccurately described goods, or force majeure. Inspection, photos, repacking, crating, insurance or compensation, including their limits and exclusions, apply only when separately confirmed for a particular shipment and recorded in the documents. Without that confirmation, none of those services or terms is included.
7. Customs and restrictions
The regime, documents and costs depend on the goods, destination and carrier. We confirm the process and amount before payment but do not guarantee release by authorities. The customer is responsible for accurate goods information and must not order prohibited or restricted items.
Provider details
The legal name, registration details, contact and contractual counterparty are stated in the invoice or order agreement after the order is confirmed.
